As a consumer purchasing goods online, you are entitled to a cooling off period of 14 days after the date of delivery under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. You are therefore entitled to cancel your order or return unused goods within the cooling off period. Beyond this period, if the product develops a fault, please refer to our Warranty Information (link this). Once you have confirmation from us, please download, print and fill in a return form and include with the returned item(s).
If you are returning goods, it will be your responsibility to return the goods at your own cost (unless deemed faulty within 14 days of purchase, in which case reasonable postage costs may be reimbursed). Care must be taken to ensure goods are not damaged in transit and are in the original condition including all parts, accessories, instructions, packaging and the product itself etc. This includes items such as cable ties and plug covers. If the goods are not returned as advised, a charge may be placed for the sum of the direct cost of recovering the goods. If you are returning a faulty item, it is acceptable to return the item without original packaging, however, we do ask the item(s) to be packed carefully to prevent damage in transit.
